How to file a complaint?
If you have a complaint about access to OncoHealth, your healthcare provider, or the care you receive, you may also register a complaint online at www.oncohealth.ethicspoint.com or call the number above.

If you believe that OncoHealth has failed to provide these services or has discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you can file a grievance by mail, email, or phone:
